We are delighted to be able to welcome you back to our shop. We are now open again with revised hours. We can only have one client in the shop at a time so while walk-in customers are very welcome, it's best to phone ahead if you can.
When you arrive hand sanitiser is provided. If you don't have your own gloves and mask then these will also be supplied. We'll do our best to keep a 2m distance for consultations, but for fittings this will be a little trickier. The shop will be cleaned after each customer with all fittings getting disinfected.
Our revised hours are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am until 3pm. We can still see you outside these times but you'll need to make an appointment. Equally if you aren't able to make it to the shop we will happily travel to you, be it at your home, office or somewhere else.
We can't wait to welcome you all back to the shop, and we are extremely grateful for all the messages of support, new commissions, offers of upfront payments and everything else that you have done to help us. It's given us all the motivation to come back strong.
